Becoming a Superhero

Hi!

I hope you got, read and liked the blog I wrote yesterday on winning the war being waged in your mind.

If you didn’t see it, you can read it here.

Students, we also sent your lesson plans with clickable links so you can review/practice for homework! How are you loving that amazing new value added?

We’re always looking to make things better!

And, while I have your attention, crush it in stripe testing this week!

Today’s quick little blog is on becoming a superhero.

When I refer to our Blackbelt Superheroes, I am referring to our Blackbelt Leaders, Senior Blackbelts and Masters, each and all whom have developed and display the physical, mental and character traits of the Superhero.

They’re fast, focused, powerful, accurate, intense and excellent.

They display the 6 foundational Blackbelt Superpowers that I teach in my book and our Blackbelt Leadership Program.

They are confident and competent and use their powers to help others become the best version of themselves too.

And, by the way, they are humans like the rest of us.

We are works in progress and still working with some things too.

Just as that new white belt child that starts is more often than not coming to us with a lack of confidence or a lack of control- either which we can help them fix; even Superheroes are still working on something.

The Law of the Process doesn’t apply until some finite point in our personal and professional development.

Like many laws of nature, it is infinite.

The great thing for the Blackbelt Superhero, though, is that they are equipped with the training and development to go from training evolution to training evolution in the spirit of Constant and Never-ending Improvement (CANI).

They don’t breakdown when things get challenging; rather, they understand that just like their Blackbelt test, each trial is an opportunity to level up their life, confidence, competence, power and understanding.

And they share what they know with others, and their good and bad times with the rest of the tribe.

I love my Blackbelts.

They are the product of the product, and the epitome of what we do.

Today I want to spotlight four of our Superheroes that are the team sowing into the next generation of leaders today.

Thank you Shihan Harley Delcastillo,

Sensei Thomas Pioli,

Sensei Mackenzie Meyers, and

Sensei Charlie Whitwer.

I am so proud and grateful for each of these heroes.

And look forward to recognizing your Blackbelt Superhero one day too!

We create them from people just like you.

If you’re already with us, congratulations and have a great stripe test this week!

If you’re not yet, start the Quest to unlock your Superpowers here.
