A Personal Message from Grandmaster Steve

Dear KMMA Family Member,

I’ve been especially present with our students and families this week — at our Leadership Dinner, in classes at Lutz, and tonight at Port Richey — and it reminded me of something important:

Once someone is part of the KMMA family, they’re always part of the family.

And that includes you.

I don’t know what season you’re in right now, or what circumstances led to your pause in training, but I want you to know this:

You were missed.
You mattered then, and you still matter now.
Your journey is not over unless you decide it’s over.

As I’ve been reconnecting with students and parents, something else hit me powerfully:

Presence isn’t just about being physically in the room.
It’s about remembering the people we care about…
and inviting them back into something meaningful.

So today, I want to extend a personal invitation for you to return.

Not as a number.
Not as a sale.
But as part of our mission and our community.

And something else has been happening behind the scenes that I am especially excited to share:

We are developing the next generation of KMMA Instructors — young men and women who grew up on our mats and are now stepping into leadership.

These young leaders represent the legacy we started building together when you trained here.
If you return, you will not only reconnect with the physical training…
You will connect with the energy of a school preparing students to lead in life.

Whether your goal is fitness, focus, confidence, community, or simply reclaiming a part of yourself that you miss — this is a perfect time to come back.

And if you’re interested in joining that group of future KMMA instructors, I want to know that too; and to personally work with you.

If you want to ease back in:
I’d love to see you this week at class or schedule a quick goal-setting conversation.

And if you’re ready to return:

➡️ Just reply “I’M READY” and I’ll take care of everything for you.

Let’s make the next chapter even better than the last.

With respect and encouragement,
Grandmaster Stephen J. Del Castillo
