The 10/90 Rule

My son, Shihan Harley Del Castillo, speaking about the 10/90 Rule, one of our important Blackbelt Leadership Principles, and also the Law of Association and perseverance and failure, and even perfectionism.

Enjoy and share with your kids.

I love my sons so much, of course, but I am especially proud of him and the man and Master Instructor he has become.

You will see what I mean in this speech, which he gave for his 5th Degree Blackbelt Graduation last year.

Speaking of Graduation, yours is coming soon too!

Not on the Blackbelt Leadership Quest with us yet?

Start here.

Or start your child or children.

Shihan Harley didn’t start the confident and competent Blackbelt Leader he is today.

It was a process.

And now, as he carries his confidence, skills, and Blackbelt Superpowers forth with him into his Cyber-Security career (he graduates from college this year); he will succeed at that and whatever he puts his mind to.

He will live a happy, meaningful and prosperous life.

That’s why an education at Krav Maga Martial Arts is so valuable…

God willing he’ll never get to use the formidable Jason Bourne like martial arts skills he’s developed; but he’ll use the character and leadership he has every single day.

Prepare To Live; Empower To Lead!
