Welcome Sensei Bryce Roth!

I am very excited that on this Team Tuesday, I get to welcome aboard our next Head Instructor, Sensei Bryce Roth!

Bryce will be in an intensive HIT (Head Instructor Training) program with me over the next 6 months, and ramping up to test for his second degree Blackbelt and into the Head Instructor position at the September Blackbelt Extravaganza!

By the way, when you see Sensei Bryce and congratultate him on his new position with KMMA, make sure and congratulate him on his soon to be marriage to his bride Ms. Shelby Hilt. Ms. Barb and I, and all of Team KMMA, are glad to welcome their new family into ours, and look forward to growing both together for years to come!

I am so proud of Bryce as he steps into his next evolution of life, career and training and towards helping me in the all important mission of KMMA- praparing people for life (to survive and thrive) and empowering them to lead!

I am super proud of all my amazing leaders by the way; i think you know that.

Some work here for a season, through high school and/or college as they prepare for their calling and career.

Some, like Bryce, find both here.

What about you?

For everyone, there’s a “what’s important next” (WIN).

If you’re not training yet, starting the 2 week trial and orientation is WIN for you.

If you do but aren’t in Blackbelt Leadership Training yet, and wanna be, email me to discuss how to qualify.

And if you are in Blackbelt Leadership Training but not yet coming to CIT, start that (if you think you may want to teach one day).

CIT (Certified Instructor Training) is how I train and certify the best instructors around. As I’ve already alluded too, you may just teach your way through school or you may decide to make this a career.

Either way, that training begins here.

Next CIT is Saturday March 19 from 1200-1330 (12-1:30pm).

I am proud of and grateful for all you you, students, teachers, families…..

I DID have a Vision of a dojo this good 21 years ago.

But it’s still exciting when you get there.
