Timing Matters- Finish this Year Strong, and Start Next Year Stronger!
Hi KMMA Tribe,
As we wrap up goal-setting season here at KMMA, I want to pause and acknowledge something important.
Many of you have already stepped up.
You’ve renewed.
You’ve recommitted.
You’ve chosen to keep building momentum into 2026.
And I want you to know — that matters.
It tells me you understand something most people don’t:
Progress doesn’t happen by accident.
It happens by decision — and by system.
Over the past few weeks, we’ve celebrated wins, completed testing, clarified goals, and begun laying the foundation for what will be an incredible year of training, leadership, and growth.
As we head into the break, there’s one final thing to be clear about:
Goal-setting season is closing.
And with it:

This isn’t about pressure.
It’s about timing.
We don’t rise to our intentions.
We fall to our systems.
