The Power of Team

Having a great Team is one of the most important pieces to freedom, peace and prosperity.

I’m blessed with one of the best; but that blessing didn’t come without the planting and sowing of the seeds for God to water.

Because I have a great team, I am able to work from home for a few days when I get a little sick. I simply shift my focus to thinking, planning, creating, developing and studying- all important things for me to do too.

But my most important job is the hiring, training and development of a great Team.

It’s one of my daily 5 powerlist and my most important task.

And, as a result, we deliver an amazing product, service and delivery every day.

But also, when I choose to stay away a couple of days, as in now to rest and recover from a little bronchitis, the Team makes sure to deliver amazing classes to you without missing a beat!

Tonight the great Shihan Carolyn Borton, Sensei Ben Borton and Senpai Charlie will rock the classes.

I just collaborated with my marketing team via text on some important things they’re doing- great work on the upcoming Blackbelt Leadership event page Jason Crawford!

And Shihan Carolyn and I just went over some high level collaboration on her Blackbelt Leadership lesson for tonight!

Ms. Bella Johnson is standing by to greet you and for all your customer service needs at the front desk too btw.

So you see, a great Team not only helps us go further and be better day to day, but also keeps problems from being emergencies on the hard days.

Fifteen years ago, getting sick would be catastrophic. I’d have to close classes or come teach sick.

That’s just one of the weaknesses of being a “one man show”.

So, as in everything, Leadership is the key.

And a great Team is one of the products of great Leadership.

Want to start developing Leadership for your family, building your team, and/or at least become a part of a great one?
