The Discipline of Airplane Time

One of my favorite productivity tools is something I call AIRPLANE TIME.

90 minutes with:

  • No distractions.
  • Phone off.
  • Focused effort on what matters most.

Why?

   Because focus doesn’t happen accidentally.

It’s trained.

And the same is true for our children.

   The world teaches fractured attention.

Martial arts teaches disciplined attention.

At KMMA we often ask:

   What’s Important NOW?

That question changes everything.

Because successful people don’t try to do everything at once.

They focus fully on what matters most, now and next.

This week, try Airplane Time.

Maybe not 90 minutes at first.

    Maybe 20.

But fully focused.
No scrolling.
No multitasking.
No interruptions.

You may be amazed what happens.

Blackbelt success is rarely dramatic.

It’s focused effort repeated consistently.

Prepare to Live. Empower to Lead.
