TBT: The Three Attitudes and Might As Well Jump!

For today’s Throw-back Thursday, I am sharing a blog I wrote a few years ago on the 3 most important attitudes for success, and a few great jump pics. 🙂

This is my middle son, Shihan Diego, jumping side kick over the beautiful scenery from my friend’s, Paul and Ruth, mountain in Hiawassee Georgia. Reminds me both that I need to spend more time with Diego, and I need to get back to that mountain again soon.

Here’s me flying when I was about 19. I was back on leave from the 82nd Airborne Division and my cousin Nancy asked me to perform fro my nephew’s birthday.

It reminds me of where it all began- and that I always loved the martial arts, how training made me feel and that I always loved to share that with others.

Today I am blessed to get to share not just the physical benefits, nor even just the feeling of confidence and accomplishment that the martial arts always gave me, but also the leadership and character development of our Blackbelt Leadership Program at KMMA!

For this I am proud and grateful.

You know, the purpose of a great throw-back Thursday is to remember something.

And the purpose of the memory is, at least, to feel good about something; and, at best, to also inspire something.

I hope this TBT inspires you to continue training and earn your Blackbelt!

Or to start today of you haven’t yet.

Prepare To Live; Empower To Lead!
