One Great Experience Isn’t Enough

KMMA Family,

Recently I had an interesting experience that got me thinking about our word of the year at KMMA.

    Consistency.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been making a lot of trips to Lowe’s while working on the buildout of our new headquarters.

The first time I went, a gentleman named John helped me.

He went above and beyond.

He was knowledgeable, attentive, and truly helpful. By the time I left, I felt great about the experience and actually looked forward to coming back.

But the next few visits didn’t quite match that first experience.

I won’t go into details because I never speak negatively about any person or business. But it reminded me of something important.

One great experience is wonderful.

But what really builds trust and loyalty is consistent excellence.

That’s true in business.

And it’s true in martial arts.

At Krav Maga Martial Arts we work very hard to create a consistently great experience for our students and families.

That means:

• Friendly greetings when you walk in the door
• Instructors who know your name
• High-energy classes
• Professional coaching
• Clear structure and curriculum
• A culture that builds confidence, discipline, and leadership

We want every class to leave you feeling better than when you arrived.

Because consistency is what builds real results.

  • Consistent training.
  • Consistent coaching.
  • Consistent encouragement.
  • Consistent standards.

That’s how confident and competent Blackbelt Leaders are developed.

And that’s something I am incredibly proud of our team for delivering day after day.

At the same time, I want you to know something important.

If you ever feel that we have fallen short of that standard — even once — I want to know.

Our instructors are outstanding people and very well trained, and I would honestly be surprised.

But our commitment is to consistent excellence, and feedback helps us keep raising the bar.

For more than 25 years, it has been my privilege to serve families through martial arts training.

And with our new 3,300 square foot headquarters opening soon, the best is still ahead.

Thank you for being part of this journey.
