My Friends at Phire Fitness

Team KMMA Family,

I want to take a moment to recommend a business and people I trust deeply — not just as professionals, but as fellow students, partners, and friends.

Many of you know that in addition to teaching martial arts, leadership, and self-defense at KMMA, I train regularly at Phire Fitness (in our plaza).

They are our students here at KMMA.
And I am proudly a student of theirs too.

That partnership matters.

Here’s why.

Covering the Core of True Fitness

There are three core elements of real fitness:

  1. Strength
  2. Cardio / Conditioning
  3. Nutrition

At KMMA, we do far more than teach martial arts.
We build confidence, discipline, leadership, and mental resilience — all while training cardio, coordination, and real-world self-defense.

At Phire Fitness, they do something equally powerful:
They help people build real, functional strength — safely, intelligently, and progressively.

And Jessica can help you dial in your nutrition too.

Together, these two programs cover the full spectrum of what it means to be strong — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Why Phire Fitness Is Different

What stands out most about Phire Fitness isn’t just the workouts.

It’s the standard.

They coach with intention.
They expect effort.
They teach people to do hard things the right way.

That’s not accidental.

The name Phire reflects their philosophy:

  • Push your limits

  • Harness your inner strength

  • Inspire others to greatness

  • Refuse to give up

  • Embrace challenges as opportunities

That mindset aligns perfectly with what we teach here at KMMA.

Suffering Productively — On Purpose

This month, we’ve been talking a lot about Focus and about what it means to suffer productively.

Not suffering for no reason —
but choosing hard things on purpose because they make you stronger.

That’s exactly what happens when you train at Phire Fitness.

You’re challenged.
You’re coached.
You’re supported.
And you leave stronger than you arrived — not just physically, but mentally.

That’s the same standard we hold ourselves to at KMMA.

A Partnership Built on Respect

I don’t recommend businesses lightly.

I recommend Phire Fitness because:

  • They care about their people
  • They coach with integrity
  • They train with purpose
  • And they live the same values we expect from Blackbelt Leaders

If you’re looking to take your strength, health, and performance to the next level — I encourage you to check them out.

Strong bodies.
Focused minds.
Disciplined lives.

That’s how leaders are built.

Train hard. Train smart. Train with purpose.

Respectfully,
