A few weeks ago at the Blackbelt Retreat, we saw that moment happen again and again.

Students stepped forward:

  Into the test
  Into leadership
  Into the next version of themselves

And that’s what leadership really is.

  Not a title.

    Not a rank.

       A decision.

Now It’s Happening Again

With the opening of our new KMMA Headquarters…

We are entering a new phase of growth.

More students.
More families.
More lives to impact.

And with that comes something important:

👉 We need leaders.

This Is A Call-Up

  Former Blackbelts,
  Future Blackbelts!

We are developing:

• CITs (Certified Instructors in Training)
• Future Sensei
• Leaders who want to grow with us

Not someday.

   Now!

What It Means

Stepping onto the mat in a new way.

Training with purpose.

Helping others grow.

Becoming the example.
