At Krav Maga Martial Arts, we’re looking for a select group of individuals who have the potential to become part of our growing community outreach, enrollment, and leadership team.
This is not a traditional sales position, and we’re not looking for high-pressure closers.
Instead, we’re looking for positive, coachable, mission-driven individuals who are excited to learn how to serve families, build relationships, and help people take the first step toward a better future.
What You’ll Learn
As part of this developmental opportunity, you’ll receive hands-on training and experience in areas such as:
- Building genuine relationships within the community
- Helping families discover programs that fit their needs
- Following up with prospective students
- Scheduling and assisting with introductory appointments
- Supporting school, community, and special events
- Learning ethical, consultative enrollment and communication skills
- Developing leadership abilities that can translate into future career opportunities
Who We’re Looking For
Previous experience in sales, customer service, outreach, hospitality, coaching, or leadership is helpful—but martial arts experience is not required.
We’re far more interested in people who demonstrate:

- Strong communication skills
- Reliability and professionalism
- High energy and enthusiasm
- A genuine desire to help others
- A willingness to learn and produce measurable results
An Opportunity to Grow
This is a selective developmental opportunity.
This is not a paid position. However, exceptional candidates who demonstrate commitment, growth, and results may be considered for future paid opportunities as they become available, including part-time, full-time, performance-based positions, and our Program Director career track.
While participation does not guarantee employment, it provides an opportunity to learn valuable leadership, communication, and enrollment skills while becoming part of a mission-driven organization dedicated to changing lives.
