Just a Quick Follow Up
Hi,
I wanted to follow up briefly on the note I sent earlier this week.
Not to sell you anything.
Not to pressure you.
Just to keep the door open.
One of the things I’ve learned after decades of teaching is this:
Most people don’t stop training because they don’t care.
They stop because life gets busy, priorities shift, or the timing just wasn’t right then.
And that’s okay.
What matters more is knowing that when the timing is right again, you’re welcome back — without judgment, without catching up, without awkwardness.
You don’t need to be “in shape.”
You don’t need to remember everything.
You don’t need to explain why you stepped away.
You just need to show up.
If coming back to training has crossed your mind recently — even quietly — consider this your reminder that the mat is still here, the culture is still strong, and the mission is still the same: helping good people become more confident, capable, and focused in life.
If you’d like to come try a class again, ask a question, or just reconnect, simply reply to this email or reach out to the school directly. We’ll take it one step at a time.
No pressure.
No rush.
Hope to see you again when the time is right.
