Hi Blackbelt Leadership Tribe,

As we close out this year and prepare for what’s ahead, I want to speak directly to you — our Blackbelt Leadership students.

Simply put:

I’m proud of you.

You chose to lead when it would have been easier to coast.
You chose consistency when others chose comfort.
You chose growth — and that choice matters.

Whether you’ve been in our Blackbelt Leadership Program for years or you’re just beginning your next chapter with us as we head into 2026, know this:

You are exactly where you’re supposed to be.

Behind the scenes, I’ve been doing a great deal of work to elevate an already powerful program — refining our curriculum, strengthening our leadership lesson delivery, and systemizing training so your experience becomes even clearer, deeper, and more impactful.

What’s coming next includes:

  • More structured, intentional leadership lessons

  • Clearer progression and purpose in every phase of training

  • Stronger connection between what we do on the mat and how you lead off it

  • An even higher standard — because you’ve earned it

Blackbelt Leadership has never been about just earning a belt.

It’s about becoming the kind of person who deserves it.
