How’s It Going?
I recorded a facebook live message about Progress and Goals checks Friday.
Did you see it?
If not, you can view it here.
Bottom line is, unless you do regularly check your progress towards your goals, they won’t happen.
What get’s measured gets done.
It’s amazing that otherwise intelligent people make a goal and then don’t even look at it again for months and then wonder why they’re failing…
by the way, I’m not being judgemental; I used to make the same mistake.
But what I have learned over the years, and now do my best to share with my kids, grandkids, students, tribe and anyone who will listen is that
energy flows where Focus goes!
We get what we focus on!
The Progress & Goals check, and the PARI process, are just a couple of the many tools and teachniques of Focus that helps, or even causes, us to reach our goals!
Truth is it’s both simple and not.
The simple part is that it’s the truth that we get more of what we focus on. Focus is a superpower.
Focus is the secret to becoming who and how we want to be, what we want and even how happy we will be.
Yet, like so many things, it’s simple not easy.
Focus is like a muscle; it must be developed and maintained to work well.
That’s what we do.
Thank you for letting me help you.
