As we open the new KMMA headquarters, the vision is becoming very clear.

Over the next 25 years, our mission is to help create 1,000 Black Belt Leaders.

That means developing not only great students…

…but also the next generation of leaders and instructors.

   Some of our best instructors started exactly the same way most students do.

They simply fell in love with the journey.

And at some point they realized they wanted to help others experience the same transformation.

As we grow into this new chapter, we are developing leaders in several areas:

• Future Sensei / Instructors
• CIT (Certified Instructor Training)
• Leadership Team Members
• DFI (Director of First Impressions) helping new families begin their journey
