He Walks the Talk

It is a critically important thing for every leader that he or she walks their talk.

What we do supports or denies what we say; and what we do speaks more loudly.

Another at least as strong indicator of the quality of a leader’s leadership is that his followers walk the talk too.

That’s why I am so proud and grateful of my great Blackbelt Leaders at Krav Maga Martial Arts.

And, today, I want to specifically spotlight young Sensei Ayden, who is a walking, talking example of what we mean when we talk about Blackbelt Leadership Excellence.

He’s been running our summer camp this week and is doing amazing.

The campers love him, and are working hard to walk the talk too.

They treat each other with courtesy and respect, and are “training like a Blackbelt”.

This just means that they’re giving their very best every day in every class. And, by training like a Blackbelt, one day they will be.

But with Sensei Ayden, they not only demonstrate Focus, Respect and Discipline, while developing their Confidence, Gratitude and Respect…

    they are inspired.

They want to do well for him, they enjoy learning from him, and they want to be like him.

Not coincidently, they also are encouraged, challenged and empowered by him, rather or not they realize that’s what’s happening.

And, by the way, Sensei Ayden is only 15 years old.

As proud of him as I am for how far he’s come and for the excellent way in which he teaches classes and is performing as the Head Instructor in this Summer Camp- I am even more excited for the Head Instructor he will grow into.

It’s the exciting thing about being a Blackbelt Leadership academy.

We grow the leaders that help grow the leaders while they keep growing into the next level of leaders.

When you see Sensei Ayden, congratulate him.

And if you’d like more info on Blackbelt Leadership development for your child, call, text, email mail me. The latter is the slowest. 😉

You can even just reply to this email.

Your kids are going to grow up quickly.

We’ll help you prepare them for their life and leadership future.

Prepare To Live; Empower To Lead!
