From Student to Leader: The KMMA Way

Team KMMA,

There’s a quote often attributed to Benjamin Franklin:

“Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn.”

Whether he said it or not, someone wise obviously did; and it perfectly captures how leadership is built at Krav Maga Martial Arts.

We don’t grow leaders by lectures alone.

We grow them through instruction, demonstration, and practical application— on the mat, in leadership roles, and in real responsibility.

That’s why we’ve built KMMA University, with two distinct leadership tracks:

CIT (Certified Instructor Training)
For those called to teach, coach, and lead on the mat.

MAP (Martial Arts Professional)
For those interested in leadership, operations, business, and front-end growth.

Both tracks are demanding.
Both are earned.
Neither is for everyone.

But for the right person, they are life-changing.

If you’ve ever felt called to lead more, serve deeper, or grow beyond being “just a student,” this may be your moment.

No pressure. No obligation.
Just an invitation to step closer and learn more.

If you’re curious, reply LEAD or talk to me directly.
