I recently got an email from Tony where he shared a five part strategy on how to deal with these uncertain times.
He said to:

4. Surround Yourself With Positive People That Are Winning
5. Pay It Forward By Giving More Than You Expect To Receive
I share this, one, because I think it’s great advice and, two, because I can’t help but reflect about, and share, that you can do all five in our program at KMMA.
Our Krav Maga Martial Arts training feeds the mind and strengthens the body, and you and your family will join a great tribe including many great Blackbelt Leader role models and teachers.
And, while the last is hard to explain until you can explain it yourself, you will be able to give so much more of yourself by having so much more to give.

They can make you afraid.
And in the midst of fear, many people freeze.
But the answer is almost always to take action.
And, just as we’ll teach you how to overcome fear and defend yourself in any situation via the krav maga self defense piece of our system, we’ll also develop the confidence and action orientation to survive and thrive any situation in life!
THE most important things are always how we think, what we believe, how we react and what we do!
Circumstances are just that.
Some freeze, quit or crumble when the going gets tough- but others thrive!
The difference is mindset, skills and attributes; plus mentors and tribe.

About Grandmaster Stephen J. Del Castillo: Grandmaster Del Castillo is the founding Master Instructor of Krav Maga Martial Arts and has been empowering lives in Pasco and Hillsborough Counties since October of 2000. He is a 7th degree Blackbelt, MBA, author, mentor and success coach, a US Army Veteran and a proud father and grandfather. He is married to Ms. Barbara Del Castillo who helps him run the school. Grand Master Del Castillo began his training in the early 80’s and has high level blackbelts in Tae Kwon Do, Karate, Premier Martial Arts and Krav Maga Martial Arts as well as experience in kickboxing, Jeet Kune Do and Jiujitsu. He has high level instructor certifications from BBSI, IKMF, and KMG and has been featured in numerous Martial Arts publications and also Success magazine. He was a competitive sport karate and American Kickboxing instructor until he enlisted in the US Army where he served in the 82nd Airborne Division, where he won an Army Green to Gold scholarship and proceeded to ROTC and the University of Tampa. He was commisioned in 1992 and went on to serve in Germany with the 3rd Infantry Division and then in several other posts in the US until he left military service to pursue his dream of creating KMMA in 2000.
