KMMA Back-to-School Success Challenge – Day 1

Saturday is our FREE Back-to-School Success Seminar, and we’ve reached the final day of our KMMA Back-to-School Success Challenge!

Over the past several days, you’ve explored simple, two-minute habits that help build confidence, focus, responsibility, and stronger family connections.

Today, we finish with one of the most powerful habits of all.

 Today’s 2-Minute Challenge:

Talk About a Win From Today

Before bedtime tonight, ask your child one simple question:

“What’s one win you had today?”

It could be something big or something small:

  •  Helped someone
  •  Learned something new
  •  Showed kindness
  •  Stayed positive when something was difficult
  • Then take a moment to celebrate that win together.

Recognizing progress—no matter how small—helps children develop:

  •  A positive mindset
  •  Confidence
  •  Stronger family connections

Children who learn to recognize their own successes are more likely to believe in themselves when new challenges come their way.
