Commo Check, Over
Communication is the hardest thing.
Even during my time with some of the most elite Army Units, including the 82nd Airborne and 3rd Infantry Divisions, the hardest thing to do was often to get the word to everyone.
One of my tactics to check on that, once I was a commander myself, was to go to the lowest level soldier in the unit and see if they knew what was going on (if the message had been passed down)…
just as I had experienced myself when I was the lowest level soldier years before, they often didn’t.
Then we’d work to rectify that mistake.
Well, today as the commander of Krav Maga Martial Arts, I often run into the same problem.
So I’d like to do a commo check and I’d appreciate if you could help me.

About Grandmaster Stephen J. Del Castillo: Grandmaster Del Castillo is the founding Master Instructor of Krav Maga Martial Arts and has been empowering lives in Pasco and Hillsborough Counties since October of 2000. He was commissioned in 1992 and went on to serve in Germany with the 3rd Infantry Division and then in several other posts in the US until he left military service to pursue his dream of creating KMMA in 2000.
