ATTENTION ALL BLACKBELTS AND CANDIDATES

1. Congratulations!

2. All those testing will have a Blackbelt presentation to give Friday night at the Blackbelt Retreat and Testing. You will:
   1. Submit the electronic copy to Gr*********@*****SA.com  and give a 3-5 min speech. Use the prompts below:
      1. What have you gained, how have you developed and how have you improved, as a person, on your Blackbelt Journey?
      2. What have you learned and/or what are some of your favorite leadership lessons?
      3. What goals are you excited for next?
      4. If you were talking to the white belt version of yourself, what would you say?
      5. Who would you like to thank for helping you get here?
      6. Any other advice for junior students or anything else you’d like to share?
   2. You don’t have to answer all nor in this order, but use these to assemble your thoughts for your essay and your speech.
   3. The paper should be 300-1500 words, based on age and rank, and the speech 3-5 minutes.
   4. You will give your speech in front of the Grand Master and the other candidates at The Blackbelt Retreat on Friday night. Like all the rest of your test, preparation is the key! Start now!
   5. This presentation should depict your blackbelt journey up to this point, some things you learned and your goals for the future.  These prompts are here to guide you, you don’t have to follow these exactly.
