I actually wrote this yesterday.
I finished my morning prayer, meditation visualization and reading and even sent you an email, and then it was time to walk–
but I didn’t feel like it.
It was cold and wet outside, I had a toothache and wah, wah, wah etc etc,..
The point of the story is I did it anyway. I walked for 90 minutes and came and checked that off on my list and then I came to work and checked off like another four important things and now I’m writing this email (which you are reading tomorrow).
I decided to write it today because I am getting my last remianing wisdom teeth pulled today and may not feel like it tomorrow……
Rather we do the work in advance, like me writing this email for you to read today yesterday; well it’s today today but yesterday tomorrow. 🙂
Or, rather you just do it when you’re supposed to do it, like my walk this morning (yesterday),
either way the message is the same, doing stuff even when you don’t want to is one of the keys to success.
Discipline equals freedom.
Small, consistent actions done consistently over time create momentum, and momentum over time creates great things.
After you have set your goal, and crated your action plan, do what you need to do until you get where you want to get.

p.s. one of the great things about training in Krav Maga is it’s pretty fun.
you will seldom not want to make class but…. life being what it is, even then distractions will occur and/or difficulty that makes you (or your kids) “not feel like it”.
BLACKBELTS are the ones who remember that Blackbelts are white belts that never quit, and make it to their classes.
So, if you’re on the quest already, keep up the great work!
