KMMA Family,

We are officially in March Madness season at KMMA, and it is an exciting time.

Over the next few weeks we will experience several major milestones together:

• Belt Testing Week (March 23–28)
• Blackbelt Retreat and Krav Camp
• Graduation and the Blackbelt Extravaganza
• And then… stepping into our brand-new 3,300 square foot headquarters for our Grand Re-Opening.

It is an exciting moment for our entire community.

But I want to remind you of something important.

   All of these moments are the result of a process.

In our lesson this week we talked about something we call The Law of the Process.

The Law of the Process says:

   Excellence happens daily… but not in a day.

Becoming a Blackbelt doesn’t happen overnight.

It happens through:

• consistent training
• thousands of repetitions
• coaching from great instructors
• and the discipline to improve every single time.

It’s not just the time you spend training.

   It’s what you do with that time.

One of the goals of martial arts training is to do a technique so many times that eventually you don’t just do it right…

   You can’t do it wrong.

That level of mastery only happens through repetition and coaching.

   And that is exactly what our instructors are here to help you achieve.

What’s Important Next

Right now we are in Week 2 of Month 3, which means we are reviewing last month’s curriculum.

Next week we will have our final review and stripe test, and then the following week is belt testing.

That means there are only a few classes left to prepare.

Make sure you are attending your two classes each week and training with focus and intensity.

This is your time to take the next step in your martial arts journey.
